Absolutely QT Co.

Absolutely QT, a Surinamese startup, had a vision: to infuse the local market with high-quality, affordable children's clothing and edu-entertainment that resonated with the young ones. 

They aimed to cater to the needs and interests of babies, toddlers, and kids, offering a holistic approach to their development and well-being. At WellPal Creative, we were thrilled to help bring this vision to life with our WellPal Signature Visuals™ and WellPal Brand Navigator™ solutions.

Absolutely QT operates at the intersection of children’s lifestyle, education, and cultural exploration. Their products blend elements of children’s clothing, home decor, playtime activities, and educational materials, creating a comprehensive brand experience. By integrating cultural elements and a focus on learning about different cultural topics and languages, QT also aligns with the educational category. This unique brand experience sets QT apart in the children’s lifestyle market.

Our first task was to design a brand architecture that reflected QT’s diverse offerings. We chose an endorsed sub-brand strategy, connecting each sub-brand to the parent brand, Absolutely QT. This approach leverages the reputation and brand equity of the parent brand to support and strengthen the sub-brands, creating a cohesive brand portfolio. Each sub-brand maintains its unique positioning and offerings, reinforcing the overall brand message and ensuring a seamless brand experience for customers.

Next, we used our WellPal Signature Visuals™ solution to create a vibrant and playful visual and brand identity. We designed nine unique characters, each with their own identity and role within the brand’s ecosystem. Two standout characters are Krokki & Lokki – The Crocodile Brothers, who teach children about teamwork and the joys of a good-natured joke, and Meerani – The Dino Mermaid, who shares tales of underwater wonders and teaches kids about the rich aquatic life and the value of kindness.

We encapsulated the essence of Absolutely QT in the slogan "Little Threads, Big Adventures!" This phrase emphasizes the brand's focus on children and the grand adventures that learning and playing can take them on. It captures the spirit of childhood exploration that is at the heart of Absolutely QT.

This example demonstrates our expertise in creating brand slogans that not only catch the eye but also capture the heart, serving as a rallying cry for the brand and its audience.

Storytelling is a powerful tool that can breathe life into a brand, making it more relatable and engaging to its target audience. In our collaboration with Absolutely QT, we created a cast of nine distinctive characters.

These characters not only add depth and personality to the brand but also serve as a key brand asset that can be leveraged across the brand’s ecosystem.

They serve as relatable figures for the audience, making the brand more accessible and appealing, particularly to Absolutely QT’s young demographic. Over time, these characters can evolve and grow, just like the brand itself, providing endless opportunities for brand expansion and engagement.
