BACE Nutrition

BACE Nutrition is a pilot project for a B2B client to create a subscription nutrition supplement business brand which will run 100% digital in phase 1.

Client is a B2B manufacturer in China who is looking to shift to B2C in its European markets.

Requirements for the packaging/product design were sustainable yet profitable and suitable to accommodate a subscription model. .

The model is planned to be adapted in the EU in Q4 2022.

I was tasked to create a visually appealing brand and product concept that they could also use to secure external investment/funding as well as get it internally approved.

For phase 2 we are designing a new hybrid business model approach to food and nutrition aggregation and distribution. This pilot program is scheduled to be tested in Shanghai in Q1 2023.
