Types of design sprint we can run

Design sprint - Core

A custom 1-day "discovery" workshop that is designed to be action-oriented and efficient. Key decision-makers are required to be present to shape this foundation

Design Sprint - Levels

A custom 2-day "validation" workshop that is designed to get all key people to validate a specific new or lagging idea or offering and increase internal buy-in to move forward.

Design Sprint - Build

A custom 5-day "building" workshop that is designed to build the entire brand blueprint together. We define, ideate, iterate, and depending on the scope we run low-cost tests.

JOB TO BE DONE (Purpose)

We will dive into understanding what it is our TA is actually trying to solve. This is not yet a plug for our solution, but more of an understanding of the struggle phase. It lays the foundation of our brand core (purpose)

DEFINE

In this phase we will narrow down on which JTBD’s we will focus in the short-term and the WHO’s we will cater to with the WHAT’s. This is the positioning phase.

IDEATE

In this phase, we start shaping the foundation of our identity based upon the “defined” findings in Phase 1+2. We will outline our own as well as our customer's archetypes and personas based on our JTBD framework.
